Vanessa Hudgens has spoken of her excitement after getting a private tour of the White House.
The 26-year-old actress has been in Washington D.C. performing in a production of Gigi at the Kennedy Center, but will now be moving with the show to Broadway, New York.
And ahead of her departure from D.C., Vanessa toured some of the city’s biggest landmarks – including the presidential abode – with her mother, father and sister Stella.
In typical cheeky style, as Vanessa explored President Barack Obama’s home, she decided to snap a quick selfie with Stella in First Lady Michelle’s bathroom.
“Selfie in the First Lady bathroom. Pretty classy ;). Sisters that tour The White House together stay together,” Vanessa wrote on her Tumblr page alongside a picture collection of the special day.
Stella had earlier posted a version of the sisters’ toilet selfie on Instagram. The image shows her and Vanessa pouting with one leg bent at the knee, with the caption: “Ily (I love you) Mr. President.”
Vanessa and Stella also managed to fit in a quick waltz in the grand ballroom, which the actress quickly posted on her Instagram.
The brunette star has certainly come a long way since she first hit fame in High School Musical.
And Vanessa is well aware of just how lucky she is to be given opportunities such as the White House tour.
“Monday was such an epic day,” Vanessa wrote. “Had an amazing opportunity to have a private tour of The White House with my family. I already want to go back. So much history and so cozy!”
Along with their tour of the world-famous landmark, the Hudgens family were treated to a lavish lunch.
Vanessa posted a picture of the menu on her Tumblr, adding she was stunned by the attention to detail.
“We began with lunch. The sugar had the seal on it! Even the butter was stamped,” she blogged.
